I was born in Sonora, Texas but raised in San Jose, California. I graduated from Piedmont Hills High School in 1973. I attended San Jose State University and graduated with a teaching credential in 1979. I taught high school math (algebra II and geometry) in Gilroy, California for 16 years.

In 1989 I passed the California Real Estate Exam and in 2004 I passed the California Real Estate Brokers Exam. I was voted Realtor of the Year for 2006 by my fellow realtors and affiliates. I also served as the 2008 South County Realtors Association President.

I love selling real estate. I have sold many residential homes, income properties and vacant land. I have also built and sold custom estate homes. In addition, we are very excited about our new location. We have opened a real estate office in the newly constructed Cochrane Commons Shopping Center in Morgan Hill. This new location is centrally located and gives us easy access to many of the homes that our real estate clients are currently looking for.
